• If you find packages in the foyer they MUST be moved to the garage. There should never be boxes in house when guests arrive. Occasionally they are heavy. If so, open the box and take items out individually so it’s easier to move or use the cart.
• Always latch the gate to outdoor laundry room, even in the middle of doing laundry – if a wind pick up the door will smash and break the latch and door. This has happened repeatedly and is easy to avoid.

• Brand new dryer is being installed inside on Feb 11th — it is 8cf so — 1.5 times the size of typical dryer.
• Hot tub cover currently broken due to wind — hardware for cargo net will be installed on Feb 11th
• Shampoo bottles (from SW) are NOT suppose to be over there, they need to be packed up and brought back to SW. They were just there for a photoshoot.
