Natalie Wiser-Orozco from the food blog The Devil Wear’s Parsley was out at Spirit Wind last month shooting her new cooking video. She teaches us how to make Gochujang Jackfruit Tacos (vegan) which were A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. We feasted on them after the photoshoot. For those of you not familiar with it, gochujang is a sweet red chili paste that is popular in Korean cooking.

The Nylon magazine Space Cowgirls photoshoot in the September 2017 issue was shot on location at Spirit Wind. The crew also stayed here while doing the shoot. They were a great group to work with and we really enjoyed meeting them and sharing our corner of the Hi-desert with them!
